Returns & refunds:
Unfortunately, I do not accept returns or exchanges at this time. I apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause. I am happy to help with any issues or concerns you may have with your order and will do my best to meet your needs.
*If your jewelry needs some kind of repair from regular wear and tear, I can fix it to the best of my ability once it is sent out to me. Depending on the kind of repair, it might cost a small fee for my time and materials to repair the piece. I will not repair a piece that has intentional damage done to it or if it has permanent damage done to it that can not be repaired. (example: if it's been ran over by a car)
*If you need a remake for a ring that was placed under the wrong size, I will charge accordingly. A remake fee will consist of charging for my time and the wire to remake the ring. The same stone will be used from the original ring, no replacements. Please get sized correctly at a jewelry department so this can be avoided all together.
*I am not responsible for cracked or broken stones after receiving your jewelry. I will gladly replace anything broken or cracked and charge accordingly for the replacement.
Shipping:
I currently only ship to the United States and Canada. Every package gets shipped First Class in a bubble mailer with USPS tracking included. Each package usually arrives at the post office within 2-4 business days. USPS first class shipping in the United States usually takes between 3-4 business days to deliver depending on where you live and the time of year.
International packages can take anywhere from 7-21 days to arrive.
*I am not responsible for how long the mailing services take to deliver. Once a package has been sent, it is out of my hands. If a package gets lost, I am happy to help and will place an inquiry with the post office but it is out of my control on how the post office handles it. Please request insurance on your package if your neighborhood has a history of lost packages.
Insurance:
Insurance automatically comes included with packages that are valued at $250 or more. If you would like insurance and your order doesn't come with it, just let me know before or at checkout. Charges will be applied depending on the value of your order.
*If you would like me to ship through a different mailing service please let me know in advance and other shipping fees may apply.
*If you would like a rushed shipping option, let me know before checkout. Extra shipping fees will apply.
***Ship times are out of my control once the package has been sent. The mailing service is responsible for your package once it is shipped. If there are issues with your package arriving late or is damaged, please contact your local post office with your tracking number.***
Payments:
Please read through my FAQ link for specific details about custom orders and payment plans.
Custom orders:
A 50% non-refundable deposit is the minimum amount required before I begin any custom projects. The other 50% must be paid before or upon completion.
If after 2 weeks the final payment has still not been paid upon completion, the order will be canceled and the piece will go up for sale.
*All deposits are non-refundable.*
Payment plans require at least a 30% non-refundable deposit to start the plan. Payment plans must be paid off within 4 weeks after the deposit. (exceptions in certain situations)
Payments must be paid on time and communication is required between payments.
*If communication is lost:
After 2 weeks of no response for payments, the order & payment plan will be canceled.
The payment plan can also be canceled if no attempt has been made to make a payment. (2 weeks is the limit for unpaid/missed payments)
Communication is the most important part for payments. I am human. I completely understand when things come up and life happens. I do not appreciate or tolerate blatantly being ignored, so please keep me in the loop to avoid cancellations.
